Pitchfork beef is pasture raised, grain finished, and dry aged at least 21 days with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. We raise beef that we we feel good about feeding our families.

Raising cattle will always be our number one priority here at the Pitchfork. To manage our herd successfully we put a huge emphasis on low stress stockmanship and responsible stewardship. Without healthy grasslands, soil, and waterways, the cattle we raise would suffer along with the native species that share the land with us.
